Last month in the old barn
It’s a bitter sweet feeling to be leaving a space where I’ve made a majority of the creative work in my lifetime. Countless hours have been spent here, learning, growing, and understanding what I’m capable of creatively. Artists have traveled here from all over the country to find inspiration, appreciate the natural beauty, and drink tea with me.
Moving is never easy, and this one is especially difficult, but I’m confident that the new chapter for Elbow Room Recording will be the best one yet. But for now, I just want to take a second to appreciate this space, and this barn, and all of the work created here. What’s wonderful about recorded music is that it captures a moment in time, better than any photograph, or video. It’s who we are, when we are. And I’ll always be able to look back on the music and smile. Thanks Red Barn
